Designated Safeguarding Lead Training
Both full Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) training for new or current DSLs whose certification has expired.
We support the biennial update training that DSLs must participate in.
Full training delivered during an intensive one-day course for 8-12 delegates.
Update training for existing DSLs as a half-day course for 8-12 delegates.

Staff Continuous Professional Development
MJS can support you and your staff with a wide variety of different safeguarding training focussing on the areas that you need.
Whether it is twilight sessions or inset training, we aim to cater for every safeguarding area.
If you complete the S175 audit and are concerned that you haven't covered every area; then please contact us to see if we can plug that gap.
Safeguarding Supervision
DSLs are recommended to receive regular supervision to support them within their role.
MJS offer bespoke supervision packages , both individual and group supervision and would be happy to discuss your requirements. Simply get in touch.
Safeguarding Audits and Reviews
MJS can support you with a review of your safeguarding processes and procedures.
We can identify any gaps in your policies, or check how robust your safeguarding is across your whole organisation, school, or academy trust.
